We strive to provide all the creature comforts (and then some!) that you would want for your pets at home. Each of our pet hotels have their own personalities, features, and services so we encourage you to view their individual pages or contact them directly to discover what your local pet resort has to offer.

Fully air-conditioned and heated kennel runs and cat condos/suites
Clean, fresh bedding changed daily
Clean, fresh water as needed
Clinic supported, healthy food, fed to your specifications should you not bring your own food for your pet
Healthy treats!
Toys, outdoor wading pools, and outdoor play structures for dogs
Outdoor views, indoor climbing structures, and window seats for cats
Socialization -> supervised and grouped according to age, need, and personality
Solo playtimes for dogs not compatible with other dogs
On-site grooming (varies by locations)

Basic behavior training
Medication administration & emergency medical care (delivered by medical staff only)
Medical boarding for sick and/or chronically ill pets (varies by location)
Hours of physical exercise and human contact

At many of our pet boarding locations, full medical services are available to every pet during his or her stay, should that need arise. These services range from routine physical examinations and vaccinations to laboratory tests, X-rays, medication administration and even surgery.
Medical boarding
Unlike typical boarding facilities, within our veterinary network we ensure that pets with short-term or chronic illnesses have a safe place to spend their vacations.
Our pet boarding locations offering medical boarding have experienced veterinary staff on-site 24/7 who can accommodate your pet’s special needs while you are away. By contacting us in advance to discuss your pet’s needs for medical boarding, we can create an individualized plan for your pet’s stay.
So, if your pet gets sick just before a well-planned vacation, or you’ve foregone trips due to your pet’s chronic illness you can now relax knowing your sick pet will receive the very best care during any stay with us.
Pet daycare
Do you work long hours and worry about your fur-baby alone all day? Help keep your pet safe and stimulated while you’re gone by taking them to one of our pet day care centers! Our passionate staff will ensure your pet is getting adequate exercise, lots of snuggles, and socialization with some of their favorite pet friends.
Most of our pet daycare services focus on services for dogs, but some are now offering daycare for cats and other animals too. Please check with your local Thrive pet daycare center for their specific service offerings.
